Detailed & comprehensive property inspections

“We were very pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection and the report. We appreciated the 'walk-through’ to point out and discuss with us the problems and needed repairs which gave us the opportunity to ask questions and see the items that had been identified. The pictures included in the report are particularly helpful. We received a written report via email within 2 days of the inspection, and a hard copy report via mail a few days later. Both included the pictures. Dean Alm was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We have already referred him to a friend.” - Marilyn P., HomeAdvisor
